Statement of Faith

 

 

• We believe in the divine inspiration and supreme authority of the Bible.

 

• We believe in one God, manifested in three Persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

 

• We believe in the deity, virgin birth and bodily resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, who is the Son of God, the second Person of the Trinity.

 

• We believe in the fallen and sinful nature of all mankind and the need of Salvation through the atoning work of Christ.

 

• We believe that Salvation necessitates repentance and acceptance of the redemptive work of Christ, and that it is by Grace, through Faith, and not by works or merit.

 

• We believe that Christ died for all men, therefore salvation is offered to all men and is not restricted to some ‘elect ones’, but men can accept or reject it in their own free will.

 

• We believe in the guidance of the Holy Spirit, who indwells all those who have been saved by Christ.

 

• We believe in the Rapture of the Church followed by the Tribulation and the personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ to establish His Millennial Kingdom.

 

• We believe in the resurrection and final judgement of the dead.

 

• We believe in the eternal blessedness of the saved, and the eternal punishment of the lost.
